How to Reach Us
To contact us, please email info@shieldsafe.net and provide a detailed description of the issue, including the reason for the return and your order number. If you receive a defective, incorrect, or not-as-described item, please include a clear picture or video to assist us in resolving the problem.
Our Solutions
Shield Safe Responsibility:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Our company takes responsibility for these issues, allowing you to return the item to our warehouse for a refund or exchange.
As soon as we receive the returned item, we will fully refund the original product price and any shipping costs, or we will send a replacement at no additional charge. This solution is applicable only if Shield Safe is responsible for the shipping error.

Wrong Order (Item Size): If you ordered the wrong size or product, we can facilitate a return. In this case:

To exchange your boots for a different style or size, please include a note indicating the new style code or size, along with your original order number or the name on the credit card used for the purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back to us, as well as for shipping the replacement boots.

Note: Items can only be returned within 15 days of delivery. After we agree on a return, please send us the item within 7 working days. We do not accept returns beyond this period.

Unwanted Item: If you decide that you no longer want the item or prefer to exchange it, please notify us within 15 days of receiving the product. We will work towards an appropriate solution for you. If we agree on a refund, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will deduct a flat processing fee of $10 per pair from the refund amount.

Additional Guarantee Information
We do not accept unpaid express deliveries. Shipping costs are excluded from returns, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shield Safe provides prepaid shipping labels.
Please email info@shieldsafe.net for a return authorization number before sending any products back to us. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
All returned items must be undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn. They must remain free of stains and signs of wear, and all original labels must still be attached. Items cannot be returned if the care label has been cut or removed. We recommend trying on your boots in a carpeted area to prevent wear on the sole in case of an improper fit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method.
Compensation Time-Frame
For returned items or exchanges, please allow 3-6 working days after we receive your items to process the request.
Refund timelines are as follows:

Credit Card Refund: Generally, the refund will post to your account within 1-8 business days. If you have not received your refund, please re-check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have followed these steps and still do not see your refund, please reach out to us at info@shieldsafe.net.
Cancel Order
We aim to ship your item as soon as it is ordered. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once it has been shipped (it may show as unfilled but still be in transit), we cannot cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you need to make changes or require a refund, please wait until you receive your order and follow the return process at that time.
